BEHIND THE SCENES
The inside scoop on the ‘making of’ our global D&I film

How do you set out to represent the diversities within our global team of over 40,000 unique individuals? There is no easy answer to this – and that is a good thing!
Our differences are as numerous as we are, and that is what makes us so special as One Team
Our new global film provides a snapshot of Diversity & Inclusion at CNH.
The Communications team worked with global D&I and the Regional D&I leads who in turn engaged with local HR colleagues to ‘scout’ a handful of colleagues from different backgrounds with their own compelling stories.
This was truly a global production that took a One Team effort to bring together.
The local teams hosted shoots at our Asia Pacific HQ in Bangkok (Thailand); our plant in Antwerp (Belgium); the Virtual Reality room in Burr Ridge (USA); and our plant and offices in Curitiba (Brazil). Our colleagues dedicated their time with enthusiasm and gave their all to bringing the message of One Team in CNH to life.
So what does One Team look like to some of our ‘stars’?
Kulkanya Norasetsathaporn, Human Resources, from the Bangkok chapter had this to say:
“As part of the HR team at CNH, we are committed to the sustainability of our workforce. One way we contribute to this is by developing local talent, specifically young individuals who will shape our future. By collaborating as One Team with the departments we have successfully implemented an internship program that has transitioned some interns into employees upon their graduation. This year, we have taken another significant step by launching a rotation program for new graduates in Thailand, providing them with diverse learning opportunities to grow, excel, and fully embrace our company culture.”

Eric Costa, Financial Planning and Accounting, from the Curitiba chapter had this to say:
“I already had experience in other companies, but here at CNH I feel really integrated. I feel totally at ease and my reduced mobility does not prevent me from working like anyone else, joining the team, going to the cafeteria for lunch and moving around the plant. For me, the company's One Team value represents integration, we all fight for the same goal, we are all heading in the same direction. It's as if I were on the battlefield and could attack without fear because I know that the other members of my team are together with me, protecting and helping me.”

Our five cultural beliefs are key to our business. Here, we are focusing on Make It Simple. When we keep this belief in mind across all our activities, processes become more efficient and productivity increases. Those are benefits not just for us, but for our customers too.
